Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

Special Orders: Deposit paid is not refunded. Once the order has shipped from the supplier or warehouse, there is no way to cancel. No returns, no refunds. Special Orders are final sale. Warranty applies per manufacturer.

In stock items: If the order has been packed and payment captured, the refund will be issued less transaction fees we are charged and not refunded. If you cancel prior to payment capture, the preauthorization will be voided. There is no charge captured, no refund needed, no fees held.
