Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mountain Subdivision Hobbies. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. We do not accept opened or assembled products. Original shipping paid, or the amount we paid in the event of free shipping is not refunded (carriers do not refund us)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Special orders (including MSH Warehouse items)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Sound file loading fees on ESU items are not-refundable with return
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at sales@modelrrsupply.com before sending any items back. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, and include photos of the damage. We are also open to exchanges for unopened and as shipped condition items, credit will apply to your account for new purchase.
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Original shipping paid, or the amount we paid in the event of free shipping is not refunded (carriers do not refund us)
