OVERVIEW

Mountain Subdivision Hobbies ships from two locations: our retail store and our MSH Warehouse. Shipping options and timelines vary depending on where your items are sourced. Please read below carefully to choose the best option for your order.

MSH WAREHOUSE ITEMS

Products fulfilled from our MSH Warehouse offer two shipping options, selectable at checkout:

Option 1 — Direct to Your Door (Recommended for fastest delivery) Select "MSH Warehouse Items – Direct to Your Door!" at checkout. Your order will be carefully packed at the warehouse and shipped directly to you, typically same or next business day.

  • Flat shipping & handling fee: $15.95
  • If the actual shipping cost is less than $15.95, the difference will be credited to your store account for use on a future order on our site.
  • Oversize or overweight orders may be subject to additional charges — we will contact you if this applies to your order

Option 2 — Consolidated with Store Order (Budget-friendly, slower) Your warehouse items will ship to our location first and then we will ship to you. This option:

  • Saves on shipping costs
  • Is not guaranteed for delivery timeframe — timing depends on minimum order fulfillment requirements, warehouse-to-store transit, and then store-to-you shipping
  • Is best if you're not in a hurry and want to minimize shipping costs

Tip: If your order contains both store and warehouse items and you want them faster, consider placing two separate orders — one for store items and one for warehouse items using Option 1.

USA & International Shipping information

USA SHIPPING

Orders under $100.00 will be shown several shipping rate options to choose from at checkout. Please note that USPS has had numerous price increases and surcharges in recent months.

Orders of $100.00 or more receive free standard shipping within the USA. You may upgrade to a faster carrier option at checkout. We offer choices from USPS and UPS. FedEx is available by contacting us PRIOR to placing order.

If we ship a partial order due to a backorder at your request, the backordered items may be subject to a shipping charge or the $100.00 minimum for free shipping. Each individual shipment must contain at least $100.00 in shippable goods to qualify for free shipping.

Please note that a small number of items may be excluded from free shipping due to size or weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally via USPS First Class International and Priority Mail International. Express Mail is available — please contact us for a quote. All international shipments are insured for your protection.

Please be aware:

We cannot file an insurance claim until 45 days have passed after the shipment date
We do not ship to certain countries with unrealistic import requirements

Our prices do not include import fees, customs fees, duty fees, GST, VAT, or any other government-imposed charges. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please consult your government's website or local customs office for information — we are unable to calculate these fees for you. We are legally required to accurately complete all customs forms. Please do not ask us to falsify customs documentation


Important: We are required to ship to the address provided on your order. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase, this is your responsibility. 

MSH STORE INVENTORY

Products in our store inventory ship quickly — often same day. Inventory levels are displayed on product pages and updated every few hours.

If an item does not show a store inventory level, you can still purchase it — it is most likely due to arrive at our store within days or may be a special order item. Please message us with any questions or special order requests.
